I was really infuriated when I first heard about this. Thats why I posted this one so earily. I didn't want to wait untel next month.

*Yesterday August 7th 2006 was the day they announced that there will be an hourly cap on pay

*Effects everyone who has worked for the company for 10-20 years

*No more raises

*Problems with Tactics = Poor Business Strategy

*Forcing people out

*Effective immediately

*Less then 24 hours in, complaints are already rolling on the web

*Don't listen to corporate propaganda

*Teens will be running the companys stores,

*All an Exceeds Expectations will do for you now is push you closer to your salary cap.

*Highest paid hourly position is $38,000 per year

*Will not replace support managers

*No more merit raises

*All you get is a pat on the back

*You want proof of the people in Bentonville don't give a S#][+! I give it to you

*Associates are seeing the Unions may be right.

*Make them pay for every dollar they make

*No more dignity

*Don't work for Wal-Mart
